Cookie Policy

Datafalk Inc. · Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Effective date: 12 November 2026

1. Purpose

This Cookie Policy explains how Datafalk Inc. ("Datafalk", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on datafalk.com, app.datafalk.com, atlas.datafalk.com and demo.datafalk.com (the "Sites"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and tokens held by your browser. Cookies are "first-party" when set by the Site you visit and "third-party" when set by another domain. They are "session" cookies when deleted at the end of your visit and "persistent" when kept for a set period.

3. The cookies and technologies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary. The Sites use only cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to provide the service you request: authentication and session cookies, placed by the platform and by its identity provider, which is operated on Datafalk's own infrastructure; security tokens protecting against cross-site request forgery; and cookies remembering your language and display choices. Session and authentication cookies expire when you sign out or when the session expires; preference cookies are kept for at most twelve months.

3.2 Payment. Online payment is handled by Stripe on its own pages. The cookies that Stripe places on that occasion serve the operation and security of the payment and the prevention of fraud, under Stripe's own policy, which is linked from the payment page.

3.3 No audience measurement, no advertising. We place no audience measurement tracker, no advertising cookie, no social media pixel and no other cross-site tracking technology on the Sites, and our emails contain no tracking pixel.

4. Your choices

Because the Sites use only strictly necessary cookies, no consent banner is displayed. You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings; if you do, the parts of the platform that require you to be signed in will not work. Instructions are available in the help pages of your browser.

5. Changes

If we introduce cookies or technologies that require your consent, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent, with the possibility to refuse as easily as to accept, before they are placed.

6. Contact

7. Language

This Policy is drafted in English and published with translations. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails, without prejudice to the information that the law requires to be given in your language.
